Patrick Shutt has over 25 years of leadership and capital experience in the technology industry. A serial entrepreneur, Mr Shutt has led or been involved in over $800m in capital transactions across his career. As CEO of Unitas Global, he grew annual revenue from $2m to $81m with a focus on innovative connectivity platform model and acquisition. As CEO, Co-founder, and Chairman of Universal Access, he grew the company to $144m in 4 years and took the company public in 2000. He served as CEO at Global Capacity a $200m company formed with series of mergers, then selling to GTT. Mr Shutt holds a BA and an MBA from Wagner College.

Mary has more than 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions within global software and technology companies. Throughout her career, she has taken on leadership roles in strategy, customer experience, product, and operations at Unitas Global, Global Capacity, and Priority Call Management. Mary also served as the SVP/General Manager of Telecom Americas at SchlumbergerSema and Atos Origin. More recently, she founded iMarket2 and introduced the Storyteller workshop to assist tech startups with their go-to-market strategies. Mary holds dual degrees in BFA and BS-IM&T from Syracuse University, as well as an Executive Certificate from MIT Sloan.

Yossi brings over 25 years of diverse experience in finance and accounting to his role. Prior to joining Durham Black, he served as the CFO at Connectbase, Invoke, ModoLabs, PeerApp (acquired by ESW Capital) and Enigma (acquired by PTC). Yossi has hands-on experience with software and services companies serving as a senior financial executive with experience in corporate finance and controllership, financial reporting, planning & analysis, operations, business development and merger & acquisition. He led $80mm in global merger & acquisitions for several software companies and raised over $125mm in institutional and private equity over several rounds of financing. Yossi holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting.

Robert has over 35 years of global investing, operating, board and acquisition experience. An accomplished investor, Robert has been involved in capital market activities that cumulatively are double-digit billions in capital market value. His experience spans major public companies such as General Electric, Texas Instruments, GE Capital and Internet Capital Group, where he was one of the four original Managing Directors. Robert earned dual BSE degrees cum laude, Electrical Engineering and Economics and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania Moore School, Wharton School and holds an MBA with honors from the Harvard Business School.

Rohan Chanmugam is Chairman of Clevercoms Ltd, a management consultancy advising the telecoms, media, and technology (TMT) sector and has over 30 years of experience in the industry. In addition to founding Clevercoms, Mr Chanmugam was a Senior Vice President at Equant (Orange Business Services), Managing Director BT A&M, Strategic Advisor to the CEO of COLT Telecom, and Non-Executive Director of Host Europe Corporation.

James E Honan Jr previously served as CEO of Affluence since 2019. Prior to that he was a consultant to several companies and private equity firms advising on business development and mergers and acquisitions. Mr Honan has over 25 years of investment banking and Corporate Finance experience with Continental Bank, ABN Amro, LaSalle Bank and Ernst & Young where he developed business units focusing on debt and credit restructuring deals and developed products for the institutional banking markets.

Dale Haase has over 45 years of diversified manufacturing experience and has proven success acquiring, growing, and selling multiple companies. Mr Haase led an international joint venture that eventually became Hausermann USA. Mr Haase has served as a board member for Canton Drop Forge and Bremmer Manufacturing.
